
Tetiana Honcharenko
Tetiana is a venture architect and systems strategist with 15+ years of cross-sectoral experience in investment structuring, innovation development, and digital transformation.
Her work spans M&A transactions (including SPACs), endowment models, and product roadmaps for startups and institutions across Europe and Ukraine. Tetiana wrote a book on endowment model in 2025.
She currently leads investment and innovation advisory across several organizations:
- As a partner at Crowe Mikhailenko, she built consulting practices around M&A, strategic growth, and AI-driven transformation.
- As founder of Founders League, she manages a multifamily investment office covering deeptech, real estate, agro, and dual-use ventures.
- As board advisor to Zezman and MATAS Robotics, she supports tech product strategy, fundraising, and cross-border scaling.
Tetiana has designed and executed complex roadmaps for high-impact ventures: from initial vision through MVP validation to full-cycle development planning. She combines economic foresight, deal-making precision, and stakeholder alignment in both private and donor-backed ecosystems.
Her experience includes:
- Investment advisory for R&D-centric companies in robotics, AI, and defense-tech
- Real estate ecosystem planning and financing across Europe and Ukraine
- Structuring public-private partnerships and donor coalitions (World Bank, EBRD, European Commission)
- Building long-term capital vehicles like endowment platforms and smart-city funds

Aliaksei Kanstantsinau
Aliaksei Kanstantsinau is a strategy consultant, foresight practitioner, and systems-oriented analyst working at the intersection of long-horizon strategy, institutional design, and mission-driven digital transformation. He helps organizations and communities translate uncertainty and complex futures into strategic choices, organizational architectures, and resilient support systems.
His background combines foresight facilitation, programme leadership, external evaluation, and analytical work across civil-society and education contexts in Belarus, Ukraine and Europe.
Aliaksei is founder of the Center for Foresight & Futures Studies and Levania, a nonprofit initiative focused on inclusive education and the rights of children with disabilities. Over the past decade, he has designed and facilitated 350+ foresight, strategy, and collective-intelligence workshops.
At Protopia Garden, he works on the futures and institutional-design side of the project: translating long-horizon social challenges into concepts for digital support infrastructure, impact telemetry, and more resilient forms of coordination. He is also co-author of the public white paper on an AI-native organization of a new type.
